The joke's out that Hillary stole hospital signage. Danged if I can think of a funny name for the hospital they got it from, but look at it and it really does jump out at you.

Hillary as an ER nurse. Can you imagine waking up in an ER with Shrill hanging over you? All that concern for your well-being? All that dedication to helping the middle class, at places like Chipotle's or some random, purely-unrehearsed coffee shop?
