I'm going to try and start a Thread Series for us to discuss the Amendments.

Thought it'd be nice to start from the back since I feel like these Amendments don't get mentioned much.

What are your thoughts on Amendment 27 ?

Would you vote to Ratify it or Reject it?

Rartify.

If it was up to me, I might overhaul the entire pay structure for Congress.

If Congress got what they're worth, they'd owe the taxpayers Trillions of dollars!

Yeah, I didn't say anything when he joined knowing he'd tether his leash a bit tighter, but now he's pulling up his old threads in hope of pushing his Marxist agenda. That shit won't fly.

Reject.   Members of Congress don't get paid much anyway so overall the issue isn't important enough to address in the Constitution.

Hmmm, "members of Congress don't get paid much"? So I guess if a member of Congress is a millionaire it's because they are taking bribes from foreign countries?

No.   All that are millionaires made their money outside of politics.

You do know that most members of Congress get paid roughly what a Walmart store manager is paid annually don't you?

Do most walmart store managers own four or five mansions like biden and sanders?
