Hopefully this will not take too long, www.mountainstateslegal.org/news-updates/news-releases/2017/03/03/trump-administration-seeks-resolution-of-idaho-woman-s-army-co . This should have happened the day this case was decided. I never understood how a federal judge could rule the ban on conceal carry on acoe land was unconstitutional, but only for that ONE state and not the other 49.
I had no idea Corps of Engineers had separate control over federal lands.
Glad this bull shit illegal law was killed, had no idea it even existed.
By the way, your link is bad, here's a working one.

Thanks for fixing the link. When the law passed allowing cc in federal parks, the acoe land was not included and it has taken until now with two lawsuits to get fixed. Even with Trumps help, we are still looking at several months but at least it is not several years. It is amazing how much land the corps have control over.

I always assumed there was but one law of the land. But like the EPA, apparently, they were allowed to write their "Own Rules", in spite of Congress.

Welcome. There are too many of these unknown laws. The Corps has been out of control for years.
