Sheesh, how stupid, for $5.00 a year, they could scatter salt licks away from trails, and this would be a moot point, instead they threaten to close the park?
How much does it cost to patrol a park and keep people out?
Five bucks for salt licks, or 100 grand a year for an officer?
Gee, thats a tough one... ::)
