Once in a blue moon, I catch that late night knife infomercial.

Are these worth a damn? What are some decent cheap knives?
With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

Frauditors are a waste of life.

I'm glad I didn't see it at the time, I'd have bought all of them. Cheap or not, a man can never have enough knives and flashlights.
I like to buy Bowie Damascus steel knives, great feel and a real tool, be it throwing on clearing brush, ya can never have too many knives.

Is it worth it? Looking back over my lifetime, I've probably lost that much in Buck knives. If I'd had that mess sitting around all those years I'd have been ahead of the game.
Let me know if you see this sale again, I'll buy them just to give away.

My all time favorite is the Bowie. Here's one, though a bit high in price, you might find one cheaper.
If you've never had Damascus, it will rust, so oil the inside of the sheath the minute you get it. You'll love the edge it holds.
Sadly, all the sheaths are cheap, I don't know why.

Did I mention, man can never have too many knives and flashlights?

Thredt from 2010 saying the knives are crap and poor customer service.

However, I wish I had few for myself. I would like half/whole dozen of various ones, but not a gross of them.

I've never bought from them, but all  these knives are made in Pakistan, so it comes down to price wherever you find it. I can't remember who I bought mine, but they came in two days and were exactly as advertised.
Handles and sheathes are always a gamble, something that can be fixed, but blade quality has always been top notch. The one thing that always impresses me is how well they hold an edge. The more folds in the metal usually delineates the quality.

Buck still makes a good knife, Bear & Son Damascus Steel, and K-Bar is a good hunting blade.
Keep in mind, these aren't cheap by any means, but well made. Knife Art is another. These knives will become family heirlooms.

If you'v never heard the story of how K-Bar got its name, it's funny as Hell.
An old trapper, can't remember the year, had an encounter with a wounded bear. His gun was jammed and all he had was his knife.
He had written the company to tell how the knife saved his life, in terribly bastardized illiterate English. He said a lot of stuff most illegible, but the one that stood out was K A Bar.
He meant to say Kill a Bear, so the company used his K-Bar as the new name and the rest is history.

Got my first hunting/skinning knife, an old timer, when I was 10 along with my first 22. Still have the knife and still use it, traded in the 22 to "move up" I have always regretted that.

I know what you mean. My brother sold my British 303 Endfield I had sporterized when I was 10.
Such a loss.

Don't know how you feel about online buying, but you might try Smartpage.com and search " bulk knives". Several different warehouse operations come up.
