Is it possible that Beck is unhinged?

Beck's advertisers ... sigh, not the kind I'd want to be associated with.
FEMA123, CONSPIRACY123, FOOD4PATRIOTS, POWER4PATRIOTS (same guy) .... and the same ad, on the blaze website and his radio show, read about him here:

No, I don't endorse the website, but, they did a pretty good job exposing this character!

Gee.... is that Frank or Chris - reviewing his own product...?

And then there's Goldline

Also endorsed by the Huckster!

Making a killing on PARANOIA, or creating paranoia (then selling stuff)...  like Gold, Silver, Food, Water Purifiers.
Glen Beck actually does some of these radio commercials - "See if xxx is right for you", or "xxx is not right for everyone"  The stuff is scare tactics to make sales.

In the mean time, the price of Gold has plummeted, and the emergency food supply is getting older and older, you could have put a garden in for less money, and grown your own & canned for the same amount of money.   After awhile, when time continues to pass, and the predictions you bet your "ministry" on, prove to be false...  It's going to have an negative effect on your psyche.   The guy sounds like he's worn to a frazzle, the stress and whatever conscience he has left ...  well, it may be taking it's toll on the poor guy's health, and I don't buy the weepy eyed, crying routine - alcoholics have that perfected.

IMHO - the guy has been coming apart at the seams for awhile, his audience probably shrinking, he's on-par with conspiracy theories like Alex Jones, and if a god is actually talking to him - it's not the God of the Bible.  While some of his advertisers are cashing in on his paranoid audience, Beck himself may have mentally gotten himself in so deep, when we don't undergo a political / financial collapse - he might have his own mental collapse.  So In short, yeah, I think Beck is loosing his marbles!   Would anyone be surprised if he has a mental breakdown, or some other nervous disorder, or physical disorder brought on by stress?  I wouldn't put anything past him.

Beck has/had been hammering so hard on Trump - and by-golly, Trump's numbers keep on going UP!   Maybe behind closed doors he's asking his staff, "Why don't people BELIEVE ME????!!!!!".   Thinking he had a loyal following, and discovering he program is more "entertainment" than "enlightenment" ... His own ego deflating has got to mess with his head.

Maybe he has a messiah / martyr complex with the latest, "rescue a Christian family" send-me-money campaign...?  I've heard of guys planning stupid stunts to go-out-in-a-blaze-of-glory.  If the media picks up on them, maybe a 5 minute blurp on the 6pm news, and they are forgotten, Beck might get 10 minutes for the latest crusade.   So, you land your butt in jail, and given the current DOJ - maybe it's for a L-O-N-G time, just to teach you a lesson and shut-you-up.

What if the family he picks has a son / daughter that is sympathetic to a terror group?  Six months down the road, Beck is just getting out of jail, and OPPSIE!   Daughter has run off to join ISIS, son has been seen associating with M13...?   Hmmm.... guess that family was a bad pick!   This stuff has all the elements of going south for Beck, so I sincerely hope someone in his inner circle of friends is warning him of making a major career mistake (or worse).

On a side note, somewhere in western Dane County, Wisconsin... is a whole bunch of stuff we put in PVC pipes and buried back in the 1970s.   The field has been plowed over many times, and we've buried some livestock out there - other than it being so deep a metal detector probably couldn't find it - meh.... skip it, digging up 40 acres for a couple of bricks of 22 ammo, $50 buck worth of junk silver coins & a radiation detector with fallout maps isn't worth it.

I've always thought Beck was a little wacko.

However, some of his predictions early in Obama's presidency came to pass, so don't discount him completely.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

Yeah, you kinda do.  It's also clear that you don't listen and have no idea what you're talking about -- ESPECIALLY the work he's doing in rescuing CHRISTIAN families who watch their own children being beheaded.  Like Beck says, "We serve Man, but we ANSWER to God."

He's doing good work. What do you do?

And why do I have to horizontally scroll so far?????

Edit:
I see, It's that ridiculously long naked url you inserted. BASIC HTML can fix that.  It COULD look like this:

Carl, If I didn't listen to Beck, then how would I know WHO his primary advertisers are?
If you haven't noticed, he's changing - whether or not you consider that good or bad, is not my problem - I'm not being mislead.

Beck's advertisers, and he also reads their ads, endorsing the product - consists mainly of Doomsday Prepper junk at twice the price.   So, when looking into the advertisers, and there's RED FLAGS and interesting reviews (what honest man reviews his own product, using a pseudonym?).

16 years ago, it was the Y2K scare, and some companies really CASHED IN on paranoia, which of course the media just stoked and stoked.

Just a few days ago, we passed a couple of religious event dates, and a rare astronomical event - supposedly signalling the end-of-the-world-as-we-know-it.   Again, many good people got sucked in by this doom 'n gloom atmosphere that a few shady marketers are promoting.

Not to be outdone, there's a new ad on radio by a guy who's been linked to pump & dump penny stock recommendations.   (they buy a bunch of almost worthless stock, the promote it as a going thru the roof, dump it at exaggerated prices & reap a windfall - your misfortune, well, just bad timing)

The radio ads are full of anxiety & fear, even the late night guy, George (what-his-face) has an ad with this spooky tone , '.. something's going on out there, can't you feel it?   yeah something's happening...'  - I think, you're suppose to think, "hmm, yeah, something IS going on, no wonder why my dog peed on the carpet last night!   Triggered by that blood moon!"

BTW - are you a subscriber to Voice of the Martyrs?
There is much more to the story than what you're hearing on the radio.   Who is your missionary, Glen Beck?

I don't know which radio stations your talking about, but the stations are the one's who procure the advertisers.

Beck reads their some of the ads, the others are national - I hear identical ads in NC and VA, not the same station owners/group.  For instance, if you read the ad, for "solar generator" - wouldn't we assume you're endorsing it?

Listen to this Mormon, Harry Reid describe the perfect storm (and blame it on the Republicans)
http://www3.blogs.rollcall.com/white-house/debt-limit-coming-sooner-thought-nov-5/

Listen to this Mormon, Glenn Beck describe the end of the world.
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/08/11/glenn-beck-says-world-war-iii-is-at-the-end-of-the-highway-and-we-have-missed-all-the-exits/

Mixing truth and error, Beck refers to the Book of Mormon as a calendar, citing the end of the Americas

When nothing happens the way it was suppose to happen the nuts get lose.   Too bad they just keep digging themselves in deeper, and deeper.  Oh well.. Beck has probably stockpiled up a small fortune in Gold, a few decades of dehydrated food, super seeds, and a lifetime supply of "solar generators".   Everything he needs to evacuate to some remote place, and island, whatever - he's made his millions, just like Harry Reid - preaching doom and gloom.

My parents, by today's definition, would have been called "preppers".   It was how we got through the cold and snowy winters.  About the only fresh thing we saw in the winter months was milk and eggs.   Butter came from the milk, we baked our bread, which along with acorn squash, potatoes, carrots, onions and a bunch of dried herbs & venison, - we ate pretty good.  My sisters are all good cooks.   It makes sense to grow a garden and store up for the months when gardens don't grow.   If that's a prepper, I guess I've always been one.

But getting suckered by the paranoia to buy junk - no sir, that doesn't make much sense.  When the family on the farm or farmette starts growing his own, raising livestock, and selling some of it, your perspective just isn't the same.   I feel sorry for those that WANT to get out of the city, or a few acres (without restrictions), and cannot.   Then I see all the abandoned farm houses, here and there, and wonder what those neighborhoods would be like if someone lived in them, working the fields, raising livestock - even if they were just weekend farmers.

The Bible is a wonderful book, ignored & neglected, yet so easy to find, simple to read, yet cleanses the mind & spirit.
Those who believe the God of the Bible, the Jesus Christ of the Bible, find that perfect peace.
Isaiah 26:3  "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee."
2 Corinthians 3:17  "Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty."  (more truth in those two verses than in the foolish predictions of ________ (fill in the blank with the latest end-time prophet).

It takes between 1100~1500 miles of odometer driving to listen to the New Testament on tape/MP3/WAV... if you turn off the radio, and don't get too many cell phone calls.   What passes over the airwaves, just fades away - unlike listening to the Word of God.   Sort of like "Prepping for Eternity", while you're driving down the road.   Looking for destruction, fearing death and want, or living in the Joy of the Lord - it's a conscious decision we each make.
