Sorry young lady.  No, only I did as a kid.  We did not get a phone until I was around 15 and then it was a 6 Party line.  But then as a kid back then who needed a phone.  We would have had to stop what we were doing.  lol

@ Solar~ That's what I have heard- you're never without power!  Wonder what made you decide to go solar? Did you get tired of no power in the Winter?

Nah, I bought raw land in the Sierra Nevada mountains and needed power, when I saw a market for it, I went into business selling alternative energy products.
