I highly doubt this will ever be an issue, seeing how a nuke launch is a nuke launch, and no Country wants to start a nuclear war.

Wouldn't worry about nukes. Solar storms/flares/whatever would have the same effect, but on a much larger scale from my understanding.

You're right, if you're close enough to an EMP blast, your computer should be the least of your concerns. :D
