I know it is CA, and the SF area, but here is a prime example of how liberalism kills capitalism. Oakland is not exactly a booming community right now. The A's are good for the city as the Warriors and Raiders are leaving. The stadium they are in now is 50 years old. The college land is available and building a stadium there makes total sense. Therefore, the libs in Oakland are about to kill the deal
