LOL, the GB head coach finally won a challenge today against Dallas on a key call - that was just sooooooooo karmatic or something.

Yep, .  To quote that lovable ol' Dem, Hubert Humphrey:  " I'm pleased as punch... "

Now Dallas gets to squirm in consternation over a highly questionable call, the likes of which Detroit routinely has to endure...

It's too bad.  Today was Nike's launch of their Dez Bryant football-shoe campaign.  Oops.

Off-hand, I'd venture it'll be the Pats over the Seahawks in the Superbowl.

Colts are a 20/1 right now.  Their D is just too weak.  NE is a toss-up with me.  I can't see Seattle getting beat.

20/1? Didn't realize the Colts were THAT much of an underdog.

But in the past, NE has rolled all over their defense, so I think the Pats will win tomorrow and so will Seattle.

Current odds, at 7:45 Pacific, for the Colts winning the Superbowl are 6.5-to-1.  Not worth betting.  It'll drop to 4-ish if they somehow beat the Pats, who're giving them six-and-a-half points tomorrow.

It's too late in the season to make any money in the main categories unless you drop 5-figures... and you won't reap much anyway.  10-grand; to win your 10-grand back, plus 400-bucks, etc.

Dallas will always be America's Team , Seattle will soon be the Pot Grower &Aircraft Worker Union Team

Dallas is America's Team because of a stroke of genius of some advertising exec. In reality the rest of the country hates Dallas, and has a group orgasm every time they lose!

Nah, some sportscaster gave Dallas that name decades ago, but the coach at the time, the late great Tom Landry, hated it because he thought it stirred up the other teams.

I dislike Dallas because I dislike that jerk Jerry Jones, who refuses to let his coaches....ummm.....coach.
