Navy beats Army 17-13 for their eleventh victory over Army in a row.

Inasmuch as this year both Army and Navy had beaten the Air Force Academy, this game would decide who gets the Commander-in-Chief Trophy.  Navy took the honors, except the jug-eared bastard wasn't there to present it to the winning team.  Joe Biden stood in for the 4-Million-Dollar-Vacationing-in-Hawaii POS.

how in the hell, can Army lose eleven times in a row Navy. Except for the Seals isn't the average Army officer supposed to be tougher than some swabbie - except the ones that go to the Corps, of course. And if the Navy is playing all there future Marines and Seals, why in the heck is the Army playing all their future Green Berets and Rangers.

Average doesn't play.  Also can't speak for the other forces, but the average get treatment exactly that.  Swabbing the deck whilst the honor guard and football team suited up.  Those who apply themselves will see the payoff.
