Racial impersonator teams up with a loser Quarterback

What do you do, when your movement has no support?  Simple, find one that does, hang on to that - then when it appears to have made a difference, you can "claim" it was really your deal.

http://dailycaller.com/2017/09/08/shaun-king-calls-for-complete-boycott-of-nfl-over-colin-kaepernick/

Quote
“So, I’m asking you to join me in boycotting the NFL this year. We will end our boycott when Colin Kaepernick is signed to an NFL roster. It’s that simple. Listen, we have power,” King wrote. “Our money has power. Our viewership has power. Our buying power can sway what companies do or don’t support. But we have to unify and make this power mean something.”

While playing for the San Francisco 49ers, Kaepernick decided to kneel during the National Anthem to protest police brutality and the ways America oppresses black people. Kaepernick has struggled to get signed ever since then, with team owners wary of having him join their rosters.

“Colin Kaepernick is in the prime of his athletic life. He is in peak physical condition. He is a model citizen. He is a compassionate and generous soul. He was so well-liked by his teammates last season that they voted to give him the team’s highest honor for his performance on and off the field. He has set NFL records,” King said.

King explained that Kaepernick is still not signed because white team owners are upset that he continued to kneel, despite them telling him not to.

Kaepernick utterly SUCKS as an NFL quarterback.   Watching him scramble in the backfield like a wounded chicken - eh., he wasn't going to last long, a couple of good hits and he's toast... IMO.   Plus, he's not a pocket passer, what the league actually favors.

King has ZERO traction.  He's a nobody.  Who cares?   So, he's trying to hang on to Kaepernick, BLM or whatever, to keep his face in the news.  It's a race to complete loser-doom, doesn't matter how good you think you are, if you SUCK, get over it, find something else to do, as Dirty Harry said, "A man has got to know his limitations".   The greatest thing these two have in common - nobody cares about them... and that really sucks.

We're sick and tired of Sportscasters, Athletes and SJW trying to use a great game of escape (football) to make political statements.   If we tune in a football game, we expect to hear/see a football game - keep your stupid politics to yourself, or put it somewhere else where we're not subjected to it, while trying to watch something else.  OK, so we just change the channel, or turn it off completely - thank you NFL & ESPN for ruining another sport.

King, probably realizing he's got no traction - "Hey, everybody, I'm announcing a boycott!!!  Turn off the NFL until someone signs this loser quarterback!"

Gee... for that, I might just start watching again.  If these players have any sense of "the game" they'll leave it alone politically, and just play.   If some NFL team does sign Kaepernick - without an apology or similar statement, I'd quit watching again...  hows that, Mr. King?   At this point, I can imagine every team owner sees Kaepernick as poison to their team - it certainly has been to viewer-ship.

Kaep's supporter try to claim he's a top notch quarterback being discriminated against. Kaep's Superbowl season was 4 seasons ago, and he had a dynamite team around him. Several key player got stupid of the field, chronically stupid, and with more ordinary players in their shoes Kaep's next two seasons were poor. Last season he was so dismal he lost his position as starter for part of the season (the back-up was no better) - the 49er won all of 2 games last year, only one with Kaep playing.

So, at best, Kaep is a middling QB, by NFL standards. Throw into that mix the facts that his head is not on the field or in the locker room, that Kaep will be a huge distraction competing for the minds of other players, and Kaep will alienate a large percentage of a team's fan base. What team needs a probably OK back-up QB - that's what he would be - with all that baggage?

Kaep's "best hope" is that some team loses both its starting and back-up QBs in quick succession. My hope is that he doesn't see another NFL game while playing on the field, he and GF run through his $$ in a couple of years, and GF bails on his broke tail.

She's riding that gravy train, I'll bet.   Kaep has a strong arm, but inaccurate - OR - lacks the cohesion with the rest of the teammates to work as a single unit.   I think a QB has got to be well synced up with the TE & Receivers if they want to complete these rapid-fire plays.  I don't know if he was just slow reading the coverage, and resorted to scrambling to extend the play (hoping someone would break open), or what!?  Collapse the pocket, he scrambles, like he's having trouble reading the defensive secondary.  You can only rely on your "legs" so long, when the defense figures out they've got a couple of extra seconds before the QB passes, he's toast!

This is horrible!   10 pass attempts, 5 completions, 4 interceptions...   wonder how long he was holding the ball and how many yards he was scrambling.   He might have done better at Baseball with that arm of his.
