I think Tim Teabow is a legit NFL quarterback and if you don't agree then you don't have a heart. Just kidding. Had to throw in a Rick Perry joke.

But seriously, this kid is a winner who is becoming a better passer eqch and every week.

Timmy proved the talking heads wrong with this win over the Steelers. WooHoo.

And he threw for 316 yards... (3:16)...  too crazy...

He may not be the most accurate, but not a bad for his second year...

He's certainly got plenty of potential as a QB.

Man, you should hear some of the sports commentators this morning! They hate the fact that it turned out he could throw the football. Excuse after excuse. The Steelers were beat up. It was all the Steelers cornerback's fault. Tebow wasn't as good in the second half as he was in the first. He only completed 10 passes (at 30 yards a shot you don't HAVE to complete very many passes). Yadda, yadda, yadda. Damn, if he wins next week in New England, their heads may explode on camera!

Being in FL, I've been a fan of Tebow for some time now. The fact that his wins cause the virulent Kathy Griffith-type atheists to have multiple aneurisms is just icing on the cake.

Now that would be news.

The Pats are not going to face the same team they played in Denver. They have the worse D in the league and I'd love to see Denver pick them apart. The Denver D needs to keep Brady on the ground wondering what kind of a truck kit him. They sacked Big Ben 5 times, hopefully more with Brady.

Excuses are like buttholes, everyone has one and they all stink. The Steelers have the #1 D in the league and they were shredded. Sure Ben was somewhat immobile, so what he still was able to make pass plays and hand off.

Merril Hodge, an ex Steelers running back and a good one at that, is a commenator now he has been really adamant that Teabow isn't an NFL quarterback. It was so sweet for me to watch Teabow beat Hodge's old team.

Hodge is a putz as a talking head.

Okay. Lately I've been watching the "Peyton Manning sweepstakes". At this point it's down to about three teams: the Titans, The Forty-Niners - and the Broncos. I am getting more and more irritated by the A-Holes on ESPN openly rooting for him to go to the Broncos - even though the Forty-Niners and Titans have much better personel. It seems their only desire is to run Tebow out of the NFL. It doesn't matter whether it's good for Manning, or either of the other two things - just so long as he goes to Denver and forces Tebow out. I have literally never seen so much active hostility to one player. We've had thieves, thugs, hoodlums and murderers in the NFL who got better press. This one Evangelical seems to drive them all insane.

I think Manning will go to the Titans and get into the ownership and front office in a few years. Just my guess. From a purely football standpoint I think the 49ers are their best option and Alex Smith did interview with the Dolphins so it is possible.

Manning is coming to Denver and we are waiting to find out where Tebow is going! Elway and Co. had better hope that Manning can last the season!

Dan

Agreed. I think they almost have to keep Teabow. If they trade Teabow for nothing and Manning gets hurt this year then the fans will not be anything close to happy.

Why not keep him around? Teabow is still in his rookie contract. He is cheap. And given Manning's age and injury history he isn't a bad insurance policy.
