We need more of this. I played sports as a youngster and one had to earn their way onto a team. Not everybody got to play. To play sports in high school we had to ask the coach if we could tryout. It was a great learning experience and created motivation.

It's gotten to the point that every sport is rooted in T-Ball. :biggrin:
