Title: Women of Commercial Drones: “Act Now” to Increase Diversity
Post by: Solar on August 17, 2017, 07:27:38 AM
Oh Goody, more leftist twits whining about diversity, yet fail to understand men just love this shit more than women.
So let's ignore reality, human nature, and bitch, because women as a rule of nature find this shit boring.
My editorial responses in ( Red )

The Women of Commercial Drones are addressing gender disparity in tech – and the drone industry – head-on.  In an op-ed by the Women of Commercial Drones organization, published by Drone360 magazine, the writers say that "it's not enough for companies to simply assert the value of gender balance and a diversified culture. (WTF Does that even mean?) We have to take concrete steps towards the achievement of this goal in order to produce meaningful changes to our workplace." (What, by fuckin whining?)

Gretchen West, one of the co-founders of the Women of Commercial Drones and a leading voice throughout the industry, says that the group wrote the article to move beyond arguments on social media and towards a solution for gender diversity in the industry. (Well why don't the 6 of you start your own damn company and STFU!)

"The lack of women in leadership roles, women speaking on panels, women participating in working groups in the drone and robotics industries is an ongoing problem when there are hundreds of capable and intelligent women in these markets," says West. "Our goal is to encourage more diversity and help women be successful."

(Did it ever occur to you that family might be their priority? You can't ignore the reality that women are nurturers, that they are here to push men to their greatness because without women pushing us, the human race would have probably failed millennia ago, if not sooner, focus on your strengths you silly Twit!)

The article goes on about calling on the industry to give women a chance at leadership positions. Problem is, she doesn't recognise human nature, that men are by nature, leaders, women followers/nurturers.
This is not a slight at women, in fact, I'd say it's more of a curse for men in that we are always in a struggle for the number one position in our chosen field, women, as a rule, don't know this struggle, they weren't bred that way.

Let's be honest, men would still be crawling along the beach in search of the next thing to crawl by, if not for females recognizing our strengths and weaknesses.
Our weakness? We're putty, self centered dolts waiting to be told what to do by someone smarter, willing to take the time to mold us into something we never knew we were capable of. (women are the real leaders, they only make us think we are in control, now that's real leadership)

Yes, women are the driving force behind men. Our Strength? Recognizing the right person with the skill to guide us to greatness.
I can honestly say, it was the pursuit of the female specie that drove me to be the person I am today and I'm not in the least ashamed to say it, women are the real leaders in the end, but Feminism has ruined so many great women today and made victims out of tomorrows leaders.

I set fire to the hornets' nest in Discuss, wonder if anyone will have the balls to take it on?

I find it funny that people unable to impress the boss with their obvious failed skill set, take to public whining for support.
The fact is, if any of these people have what the company is looking for, sex is completely irrelevant, skill and personality play the major role in getting promoted, whining will only get you booted.

I don't know what happened to this response earlier.

Exactly! Forget the fact that it's not a field most women find appealing, no, we're making it political and calling the gender card to jump to the front of the line.

And liberals wonder why everything they touch turns into crap.

This is a perfect example of stupid liberals believing they're somehow victims in a country that affords each and every person the chance to succeed on their own.
It's this very reason I ridicule these idiot women for demanding entitlement they are in no way qualified to receive.

Generally speaking, men are better drivers, have better hand-eye coordination, better spacial perception.

Less accidents.  Would I commit a multi-million dollar, commercial drone to someone who's been flying "toys" on weekends, or ex-military, with 4-5 years of experience in a structured aviation environment?  The military guy probably has his pilot's license, hundreds of hours of flight time in the air, and has absolutely no problem communication within the commercial aviation environment.  Given the obvious insurance costs, it's based on risk, experience and probably a clean track record - I'd pick the military guy every time.  There are plenty of them.

Reality, this is where her problem lies. She's asking for special treatment, when in fact, these women simply aren't qualified, if they were, they'd be hired and promoted on the spot.
This has nothing to do with sex, it's all about abilities, obviously something they lack.
Last I checked, there was no law banning them from going into business and competing on a level playing field.
