This app is free, for your mobile phone, and it scans all your apps and tells you which ones are the biggest offenders.  If you don't like one of them, you click on it and you can uninstall it.  I ran it on mine and its pretty interesting.  I noticed a bunch of my apps have permission to turn on my camera without me knowing.

Ill have to install it, because it's more than just taking pics of the inside of your pocket, it's them having the ability to eavesdrop at any time they want.

Yeah... and they can flip on your mic, send texts, and all that.  I'm starting to wonder if it's all worth it.

It's one of the reasons I've kept my hardline all these years. I have yet to use my new phone, it's basically just a Pandora appliance.

I'm loving this app.  When an app tries to do something, DCentral pops up and asks me if it's OK, and gives me an option to uninstall right there!  I love it.  I've uninstalled a few apps already, and I notice a few apps I uninstall somehow come back.  Amazon Kindle app keeps finding its way back somehow, but DCentral catches it.
