More evidence that government and bureaucracy are killing the education system.  This guy has been a programmer for 40 or 50 years, and he got a B on a test to allow him to teach 8-12 grade computer science, because the authors of the test had no idea about programming.

It's amazing.  After 50 years of programming, you'd think he knows a thing or two.  The school system needs to be dismantled and built back up by the communities.
