1 cup of 91% isopropyl alcohol (smaller quantity 2/3 cup)

½ cup of aloe vera gel (natural or store-bought)  (smaller quantity 1/3 cup)

15 drops of tea tree oil (or another antibacterial essential oil)  (smaller quantity 8 drops)

Go to a local rural town, you might be surprised what you find. The towns in my area have yet to run out of anything, including TP and alcohol.
