ANYTHING that cuts down on bandwidth used is good.   So far, it looks fine to me.


Just came back - yup, it's FAST compared to Firefox, Maxthon - and all those annoying ADs that usually load before the page loads, imagine just the page loading.  So I tried several sites...

CPF is always quick, no perceived difference.
Weasel Zippers, cut's down the load time significantly!
New Americana, no perceived difference.

then I to a site I'd always WAIT to load... 
Drudge - a couple of seconds, compared to 15-20 seconds with Firefox.

What really SUCKS about a slow connection - some of these sites will load, and before you get a chance to read what's loaded, they UPDATE and reload AGAIN....!!!!   arrrrghhh!

BTW, http://thenewamericana.com/ is pretty good, a nice mix of news and commentary, and all conservative.

Damn, another great Drudge alternative.

I tried to install and got an error message about it being beta, or something like that. I'll try again on my laptop.

Yeah, I too got a failed install.

tRIED THE SAME INSTALL AGAIN, AND THIS TIME IT WORKED

If it's a stripped down to bare bones browser - it's great for me.
Running on WIN 8.0, it's fast and cleaner than the others.

I don't now if it'd be better for DLing, playing games or watching online videos, but for THIS Forum & The New Americana, it's just so simple!
