the crooks don't ask for much money which is likely why the scam has been so successful. There's a link at the bottom of the article which idicates that these crooks have been doing this FOR YEARS.
So much for the gov't 'protecting' the public. They can't even shut down crooks using a U.S. Post office box. Pathetic.
