Title: FCC Regulators Poised to Take Action on Robocall Scams

Federal investigators say the robocalls are often using a technique called "spoofing" where the caller ID is fake and it's almost always part of an elaborate criminal scam trying to convince Americans to hand over social security, bank account and credit card information.
