Fact is, no one is forcing Ukraine to take nuke waste, they are willingly accepting it for payment.
So really, is there a bad guy here? Personally, I'd rather we store all of our own generated waste and keep it out of the hands of terrorists.
I'd really like to know the nature of this waste. Is it from power plants, or nuclear medicine, where every piece is discarded afterwards, even if it wasn't contaminated, from sheets, to tissues and masks, it all gets shit canned.
