Sometimes when i log on and post a few times i lose control. My computer shuts down and i have to reboot it or do a restart.

Sounds like you are going to need a new computer soon. If it is like my last two soon it will stop rebooting. A tower you can save all your data. But a laptop will be a bigger problem if you don't have it back-up. I would do a full back-up of all your work, if you wish to keep it.

Ahhh, I didn't know what he meant by "lose control".
Yeah, if he's having that much of an issue, it sounds like it's about to crash permanently.

He did say "My computer shuts down" If he has a laptop he has less then a month if he is lucky.
No i don't think it's that. I have a friend who know how to find out what's going on with it.

Sounds like a Windows issue where you've lost crucial DLLs, probably from a hard crash at one time.
I had the same issue awhile back and had to reinstall windows, just back up all your files as Walks said.
It could crash and never reboot again.

Thanks Solar and walkstall. I have already reinstall windows and back up all my files.
I have a new hard drive, ill take it back to the shop to let him check it out.
