Question...Let say I get an email from a particular sender and I mark it as spam...does all future emails from that same sender automatically get put in the spam folder....?
People sleep peacefully at night because there are a few tough men prepared to do violence on their behalf.

If it is actual spam, report it to that email's company.

If it is a troll, sign him up for spam.

If it is a scammer, sign him up for tons of spam.

With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

My understanding if you see it in your spam box, you can click on something that tell them it is not spam.   So if you have not deleted your spam box, click on that e-mail and see it will let you do that.  If you have deleted your spam box, then e-mail the person and ask them to e-mail you again.  Then check for their e-mail in your spam box and see it will let you say it's not spam.

I think you have something like 3 day before they deleted spam in you spam box.

No it's coming in my inbox not my spam folder. It's all the political crap begging for money. I wanna mark it as spam and hoping all future emails from the sender will go into my spam folder.

I find most political crap has a place you can click on for no more e-mail.  But if that don't work.  You can mark it as spam and it should start go into your spam box.  Most spam will self delete in about 3 days or so.

If it is Conservative candidates, just ignore and delete as needed. If it is leftist  candidates, mark as spam, unsubscribe, etc.

I have /sqmail/src/webmail.php or better known as 'squirrel mail'. I don't get any spam, they are really good about filtering it all out.
But if I do, I can either white list it or black list it and never get it again, I can even block the .com it came from.

I take a slightly different tact than Walkstall. DO NOT EMAIL THE PERSON BACK, if you do you validate your email, and then the sale and hunt are on.

How you manage or deal with spam is specific to the email host or server you use for that function. Believe it or not there are still people out there using AOL Mail. Exchange has one way, Outlook has another, Google lives off of spam so they do a fair job of hiding the ability to block it, mail.com is pretty straight forward, as is iCloud, Proton is different yet. Your email address looks like $$ to anyone out there fishing for a reply. If you reply, you will be sold like a Filipino daughter when the Navy lands an Aircraft carrier (Mamma San say; no really, she 16, she love you long time). I have a deep and abiding respect for most of the Filipino people, but those who sell their kids into slavery or sex are flat out monsters. Back on topic - - -

Outlook.com calls spam and junk, junk. In this case, if you navigate to the Junk folder, and go to the email you want to address, right click on the email and you'll get an extensive menu. The most helpful options are Delete, Move, Security Options, and Advanced Options.
Delete is straight forward. Move allows you to move a mislabeled email to your inbox which will justify or legitimize it to Outlook. Security Options has 3 useful options (in my opinion); Report Abuse, Block and Phishing. Advanced Options is not as directly helpful, but if you want to set a rule as to how to Outlook manages mail from this sender in the future, this is your avenue.

Best of luck.
