I ate at a diner today. A true local independent diner. I only had a burger, but still. Something dawned on me. The waitress scribbled the chicken scratch on the old school note pad. You know, old school hash house style.

Is this a lost art? I believe it is. People have computers, and still screw up you order.

I've been in the process of trying to figure out who gets mine.
So far, no one in my immediate family deserves shit! My wife doesn't want them and her kids can't appreciate their actual worth, so the search continues.
