Thank you - i do take D-3 and have the other 2 things you mentioned.  I will have my daughter dig them out tomorrow.

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes.  It has taken me a few days to get me head together.  This is more frustrating than when I broke my wrist. I am doing my best to look at this as lessons learned.  I was in the wrong place with the wrong shoes. So this is totally my fault.  Changes will need to be made....

Solar is taking good care of me.  He keeps me fed and even makes my funky coffee (not coffee) for me.  He lets me cry out my frustrations and loves me through it all. 

Kind neighbors have also offered help and even picked up our groceries.  My daughter will be up tomorrow to help out with some things around the house and to wash my hair 

First doctor visit after the surgery is next week.  Hoping for good news.
