Putin has been closing it off to several countries for awhile, Iran almost two weeks ago, but finally sealed it just recently.
Russia had some cases but claimed they were all cured. I'm guessing he's not releasing the truth to avoid panic buying like the morons did here.

He also just contradicted the  OK GOV and Devin Nunes when they were encouraging  people to go to restaurants so the  small businessman wouldnt  get  hurt. I guess the  only  good  thing  is 6 more days  of this and there wont  be a stock market.
