Worst School Killing In The US
« on: December 19, 2012, 06:57:10 AM »
The worst school murder in history is evidence that guns aren't the problem, they are the solution, we need to arm teachers.
But if they are banned, the numbers of murdered would increase.
This is also an argument of returning to smaller schools, especially when you consider the grades of yesteryear to those of today.
If you've never heard of Andrew Kehoe, read this article about the worst school killing in US History.

There was a widespread belief that the children would receive a better and more complete education if students could attend a single school at one location. The grades could be divided into classes, as it should be, and the facility could be of a higher quality. After years of debate and dedication, the district built a new school, the Bath Consolidated School. Taxes were raised to pay for the project and as a result, landowners, like Andrew Kehoe, had to foot the bill.

Read up on the massacre in Beslan; and the consider the ramifications of either imprisoning or trying terrorists on US soil.

Point is, if guns were to actually become impossible to come by, this is an example of the alternative.
Instead of killing the boss, the bomber will take out everyone in the office and it's surrounding, more deaths will occur, not less.
Freaks will resort to gasoline bombs, causing even more pain and suffering.
Why is it libs can't see the obvious? Getting rid of one implement, will lead to another, like the fools in Britain, trying to outlaw knives.

I guess in a lib Utopia, we would all be driving around in giant rolls of Charmin with marshmallow airbags.

A liberal can not admit that people are not inherently good, because if people are not inherently good, the society they envision can never exist.

We need police officers stationed by schools and metal detectors. Having armed guards in schools, people whose purpose it is to carry a gun around a school would generate fear, where as cops are liked by kids except blacks and hispanics who distrust cops even from a young age.
