What I find interesting about this passing the senate is that nine democrats voted for it. Will Obama actually veto the bill? There is big conflict on the left between the unions and the environmentalist wackos. For the past six years Harry Reid has protected Obama from actually having to take a difficult stand. I hope the GOP keeps doing this kind of thing as it is making democrats actually vote on tough issues.

It's American Wealth.  It's in his DNA to hate and destroy it.  Political parties, philosophies, and futures need not apply.

Obama better veto it or people are going to start calling him a "liar".

People sleep peacefully at night because there are a few tough men prepared to do violence on their behalf.

A foolish man complains about his torn pockets.

A wise man uses it to scratch his balls.

When he Vetoes this bill, And he will, He will finally be on record as obstructing this project that the American people want by an overwhelming majority. The congress is handling this right and should continue putting popular bills on his desk like boarder security should be next! Lets get him on the record now that Pelosi and Reid can't play blocker for him!

Absolutely correct. We know he is thin skinned and an angry man. Keep the pressure on him and he will continue to make mistakes.

I have another one they should waist no time putting in front of him. A bill creating an independent investigation into IRS abuses. It's tax time and this is a issue that "all" taxpayers understand and one you know Obama will reject! Lets get him on record!!

Nice point if it is possible for congress to do this. It would be interesting to see the democrats who would oppose it. That is Lee Atwater thinking.

There are hundreds of things that will draw the majorities attention. A few select portions of Obamacare are very unpopular and will guarantee his veto pen! These should be sent to his desk one item at a time. (the death of a thousand cuts)

That should be the game plan these last two years. Make life miserable for Obama by making him perform the duties of POTUS.

That's happening, beginning with the GOP out-manuevering him on the Netanyahu invitation.

Every time he vetoes popular legislation and the Dim's in the senate refuse to override it, it will reflect on their whole party and in turn hurt Hillary!!

Atwater would be setting Obama up like this weekly.  With the commercial in the can, before he vetoes the bill.

On TV the day he vetoes it and for a week thereafter.  For a year right up to the election.

Hope we get back to that someday.  So far the Boehner-McConnell version isn't looking all that great.
