I'm thinking Weinstein is a sacrifice to slow down the pedophilia / human trafficking info.

Hopefully it backfires and everybody who has a story to tell suddenly gets brave all together.

Still waiting for the guy who claimed he was groped by a guy, and for Feldman - Downey - Pitt, to name names.

Sick of listening to those dumbasses screw around with their vague little stories.  They should have stayed STFU if that's all they're good for.  Running their mouths and not fixing or protecting anything / anybody.

I got a feeling... this is so BIG, going in so many different directions, with so many players, at our level, it looks confusing.

What confusing about it?  He did it or he did not do it.

If I remember right he said he did it way back when and is going to rehab for it.    He got caught red handed and is going to rehab.  It's like AA, if your not doing it for yourself there only about a 10% that will make it if that.

I think Lindsay Lohan PAID HIM for sex.

She's looking a little rough these days.

A few more all-night benders and she'll look like Steve Bannon.

Russia! It's all about Russia! I think the left is worried about this go nowhere story and trying to kill the story by sacrificing one of their scumbags. It is all about the casting couch When was the last time you have heard anything about the so called "Russia, Trump" investigation? Best way to draw attention away from one story is to feed the Lambs a different scandal!
The Liberal establishment can't be really happy having all these out of control leftist actors running their mouths about every left wing whacko thing you can think of. All these "STARS" are great to show up on stage to support you but someone left the door open and they are starting to be an embarrassment. This Weinstein scandal probably has a lot of them running for cover. The Lib Politicians only want their money and will be glad to see them pushed to the side!

Linda Bloodworth-Thomason weighs in..... (yes, the good friend of the Clintons)

QuoteAs more and more women have come forward, A-listers who are normally intrepid, social injustice sniffers have scrambled to condemn Weinstein and announce that they had no idea all this was going on. Some said this despite knowing him for decades, starring in his films and being friends with accusers who starred in his films. OK. Whatever. I, myself, was a member of a "Let's Bring Harvey Weinstein Down" lunch club, and I don't even work in features. However, I will be the first to admit that clearly delineated moral choices can still be painfully complex where friendship is involved. One of the best friends I will ever have and a man I love dearly, former President Bill Clinton, has certainly taxed my feminist conscience, but always without diminishing my affection. I even helped write his apology to the nation for his own sexual misconduct, was sitting next to him when he delivered it, and believe to this day it was based on something that was none of our business. And yes, some may call it hypocritical, but I confess to having had no problem warning at least three top-level Democratic operatives against allowing Harvey Weinstein to host political fundraisers. A warning that evidently (and to the glee of Fox News) fell on deaf ears. Anyway, instead of re-litigating how we all got here, we might now be better served to ask not whether we knew about Weinstein's crimes, but rather why we didn't make it our business to know —particularly we women who have even a modicum of power or financial success. Shouldn't it be our job to ask the females around us — the secretaries, the personal assistants and makeup artists — "Are you being treated OK? Is anyone harassing you? If this is happening, I promise I'll stand right beside you." Wouldn't that be a sweet world?

Wow.... let that statement stink in.   ...and I mean STINK in.  All that comes to mind, "OK, if you're a LIBERAL, it's cool... MEH, so you RUIN a few individual lives now and then, it's cool, because what you stand for as a LIBERAL is more important."  Weinstein was "cool enough" when the money started to dry up... and maybe he just looks a little too "scruffy" or something, that disqualifies him over Bill Clinton...?!?!

"Weinstein's crimes" vs "Clinton's sexual misconduct"   Gee... are we starting to see a whole other angle to the Hollywood mentality?   This article is written by a woman who calls herself a FEMINIST?!  What part of the Clinton script did she write, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman"...?

Agreed - but it looks like "the Democratic Party" from top to bottom, and there's money all over the place.

The Las Vegas shooter was a registered Democrat
Harvey Weinstein a major Democrat supporter
Everywhere you see a disaster, it's a Democrat / Socialist is either behind it, or in office.

Puerto Rico (spanish for RICH port?) relief supplies piling up on docks, not getting to the people, Democrats & Unions in charge.
Maduro faces financial nightmare in Venezuela — just in time for Halloween, Socialist Democrat

Putting it all together, I can't help to notice one glaring connection:  They all wanted to have control over people.

If only TRUMP would wise the F up, and start putting PEOPLE IN PRISON.

I've been pondering the same question. Why Weinstein, and why now?
Like you, I too look for the even bigger story, and for the Dims to sacrifice one of their top Hollyweird deep pockets, something huge must be lying under the surface with an expiration date.

In other words, whatever the story the leftist media is hiding won't matter in a couple of weeks.
But to sacrifice a Producer? It has to be huge. I never thought I'd see the day when the Dim party would be so toxic, that even the ground they walk on has to be sent to a hazardous waste site.

Every story that breaks these days has Dim corruption all over it, unlike yesteryear, where you had to dig past the media bull shit to find the dim connection, today, you have the Dim connection on the surface and only have to dig a little to see just how deep, bad, and which Marxists were involved.

It worked?
