What I meant was, I highly doubt they're being used because it would be extremely easy to catch any nation using them.
China only benefits if a threat had been made, Iran, NK, hasn't the capability and Russia, like China need to first show they have the capability to follow through.
I don't give any of the claims any credibility at the moment, much like the HARP BS hype, if HARP were capable of what conspirators claim, why haven't we put out all these fires with it?
