QuoteThe White House focused on four specific issues:

Fail #1: Higher Costs—Average premiums are up 105 percent since 2013.

Fail #2: Fewer Choices—83 insurers abandoned the Obamacare marketplace this year alone.

Fail #3: Fewer Covered—In 2016, 29 percent of enrollees (over 3.6 million Americans) dropped off Obamacare exchanges.

Fail #4: Less Freedom—In 2015, Americans paid $3 billion in penalties for not purchasing unaffordable health plans that did not meet their needs.

Which begs the question. Why is the gop'E in such a big ass hurry to replace it, when obviously, if left to its own devices will collapse on its own?

I can do many things, but read the mind of RINOs is not among them. Maybe it's the delayed idea that they better show voters SOME sort of major legislation (however fundamentally flawed) rather than allow Trump to grab all the glory.

If they can't corral him, he just might do the worst to them and force them to edge to the right, away from Democrat Lite. Voters like pols who keep promises.

That said, I could not take even 1:00 of Trump's speech on agricultural progress and his lasting support for farmers...a vital topic in my rural area. It's the messenger, as much as his ideas about ethanol. (See below for that Iowa address.)

Me, biased? Bet your sweaty bare bippy when it comes to Hairzilla. I just can't stand the man no matter what successes he has and what campaign promises he keeps. Which, may I add, objectively are pretty high compared to Obama or those before in their first year of office.

Oh, before I forget. More ethanol, more corn required, draining nutrients acquired by regular crop rotation with legumes and other natural soil replenishers. More corn used for ethanol, higher prices for remaining supply --- and temptation to keep planting more corn until costs of chemical fertilizers bankrupts the family farm. Voila! Instant subdivision!

That's because you're trying to apply logic to the equation, but we're dealing with actual leftists, Fabian Socialists, whose representative moniker is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Put yourself in the idea that we're dealing with but one party, a leftist party trying to move further left yet give the illusion they're moving right, suddenly their every move makes complete sense.

I demand you retract that insinuation. I'll figure out a reason later.

As for your idea it's all one party, instead I offer that it's 435 criminals, all self-interested.

I think they call that "working across the aisle" and "bi-partisanship"... making Washington work or some darn un-American thing.

Just repeal Obamacare.   We don't need a replacement socialized medicine for Obamacare.  I haven't heard anymore talk of putting the Senate & House under the same laws we live under... guess that campaign promise is out-the-window too.

I wouldn't give Commiecare another year before it collapses under its own weight.
Yes, the smart thing to do would be to kill it outright and have nothing in its stead, and that would be in line with Constitutional parameters.
But we're no longer dealing with the old GOP, it's now the new gop'E, a leftist RNC living off corporations that no longer have this nation's best interest at heart.
My how 4 decades slipped by so quickly, from a Conservatively run country to one resembling that of a third world nation on the verge of collapse or civil war.

I think the real problem is the republicans for whatever reason do not have a bill ready for when it implodes. Well, they only had seven years.

Why does it even need a Bill? That's what bugs me the most.

It doesn't but we both know that's not gonna happen.
