That's been my response to libs for years...  "I can't be a liberal because I don't believe in seizing one's life, liberty, or property at the point of a gun"... it is very effective -- at least back in the days when libs used to try and debate.  It seems those days are long gone...  the rest are realizing they aren't libs/progressives after all.
