Ahem!...............wild horses couldn't have drug my butz to a luncheon with someone that had called me everything but a dog.  I said dog and would have said dirty dog but Reid already called Romney a dirty liar.  What would make Obama even want to have lunch with Romney?
1.  Maybe Romney will finally tell Obama exactly what his five point plan included?  You know, how Romney was going to create all those millions of jobs?  Obama has made his brags about creating jobs too and it would be nice if Romney would tell him how he actually could have done that so matters are tough right now and all Obama has done is mouth off, no real answers to problems that we can see.

2.  Maybe a good ole' photo shoot with his former running candidate will project to the American public that all is forgiven in the spirit of whatever and that we should all just jump on that wagon with Romney.

Any ideas from the forum members?  I was disgusted to hear about this little tidbit initially but thought of one old adage and I'm prepared to just simmer awhile and ask some of my forum pals what they think about it?  Adage for romney:  Keep your friends close, your enimies closer.

Fire away, gang!

Yawn

It's tradition. They always do it.  When George Bush won against thew big baby Algore, George Bush showed up at his mansion and was basically thrown out by the sore loser Algore.

Well knowing the "white radical, with a nice tan" now for just over 4 years.  I would say he is up to no good.   Todate he has not listened to no one.  Not even his cabinet members that have told him he is wrong.  He is now lock in for 4 more years, so why change.

The "white radical, with a nice tan" is pulling all the strings he can.  He even ask WalMart for help.   So we will see how much of a RINO Romney is.

Two words, jobs czar.

How about Executive Director of the Department if Wealth Equalization and Stabilization...

Remember Secretary of Business? Maybe he's trying to offer Romney that.

Thanx for the input y'all.  He may just get offered a job but I think he'll have to give up his job creation ideas in exchange.  I just hope Romney won't fall for anything.

Seriously...

I think it is just for show!

Can anyone think of a time when a sitting president offered his opponent from the election a place - any place in his administration, no matter how minor?

Just smoke and mirrors, if you ask me.

Any of you ever heard the phrase "Monkey see, monkey do"?  If Obama tries to meet with romney and give the impression that he's being easy to get along with and that all is forgiven, then a watchful Congress will get on board and forgive their differences and pass that darned bill of Obama's.
