We have an anti war president and look how that has turned out. No one is really pro war but you have to be ready and willing to confront those that want war.

I really hadn't heard of this guy until I saw his name in this forum.  He is an interesting person and one that if he decides to run, the GOP really needs to take into consideration; that is at least according to the article and in looking up his stance on some of the issues.  So far it appears that:

* He is to an extent anti-illegal immigration
* He is pro gun
* He is opposed to free trade but for fair trade
* He favors expanding the military

Those are positives and I think should he run, he would walk all over Hillary and the GOP better run a true conservative or they will lose.  TEA anyone?

I would never vote for a president who ran on an anti war platform. No one wants war but I don't need a president who will think twice about using the military because of politics.

Absolutely a RINO.  He's changed party affiliation, trying to find one he can win on.  This is a big red flag to me.  I doubt he has any meaningful insight and follow thru on any issues and will say what he thinks will get him "in".
