Californicate's Governator signed a state law Friday that sets a $100 fine for possession of up to one ounce of marijuana. Ahhhhhnuld said the state can't afford to house and feed the low-level druggies.

I was originally torn on this, for about 36 seconds.
As a fiscal Con, I was thinking...I understand, we really need to cut spending, then it hit me.

These dumbshits will simply spend the savings on social programs.
If they really are serious about saving money, then get off your asses and cut funding to the arts, Latino foundation, patrons of African studies, snail darter worshipers.
The list of stupidity is amazingly long in this State, can't wait for it to go bankrupt, then the Dims won't have any power.
