Now that suddenly there's a demand for something the world could buy cheaper than mining in their own country, China thinks it has a corner on the mkt.
Every Nation on earth has these minerals, they just never bothered to develop them, but they are more than plentiful and more deposits are being found every month.
To give an idea, here are the easily accessible minerals in the West. There are more all over North America.
