Of course not..  But I think Pence will be infinitely better able to deal with it.  And might buy us some time to turn congress to the right and maybe have a convention of states article 5 convention.
Pence is a spineless coward, just sayin.

No chance.  They are licking their chops to dig into Pence.  He will do whatever they tell him to do.  He has the spine of a weak jellyfish.

First off, the comparison is utter blasphemy.  Plain and simple...no offense Sales

As for Trumps first 7 months, aside from Gorsuch and cutting regulations his Presidency is  a train wreck.  Sure its fun to watch him tangle and chide the media.  Its great to see the GOPe squirm now after hitching their wagon to what at the time  we all knew was going to be a hot mess.

But I really think its  time for real constitutional  conservatives to begin to back away from him.   The media is already trying to smear us with his and Bannons half baked populist nationalism and the wretched garbage that we saw on displayed this weekend that attached itself to them.   Sure the media is pushing that narrative, but if Trump  doesn't  have god damn sense  to quit tripping over his own twitter tongue then he is confirming the message.

Asking the likes of Sasse, Cruz and Lee to rally around this stinking sinking ship would be disastrous to all we believe,

I personally hope that Trump finally  grows tired of this charade.  I am hoping and praying  for a resignation within the next few months.  Time enough for a President Pence to restore some semblance of decorum and  competency to keep this country from going completely over the abyss.

Please reread my post. I acknowledged Trump is no Reagan. I was just pointing out how there are similarities in how he is being characterized.
