Movement as far as my body motion?
Too much sway... too much head and hand movement. It distracts and until you're effective at it, makes you look like you don't really believe what you're saying -- like you're searching.  When I was young and I'd do a sales presentation, those habits I had to break.  I eventually learned to make concise, focused points... crisp hand gestures, etc. As I got better I could freestyle more, but you want to command that you know what you're talking about and what you're saying isn't some parroted BS.

On another point, I can instantly spot when someone doesn't really understand a subject.  When they repeat whatever tweet headlines that scrolled past their timeline, I can tell. Make sure you get into the guts and nitty gritty of a topic. People like myself want that. There's more thirst for that.  If I wanted the topical talking points of the day, I'd turn on Fox News. You have freedom and can offer a different, more in-depth angle.

I own a video production company haha kinda wanted to keep it super simple. Still deciding if this is something i should put effort in or not.
I think you should do it. We just need to dial you in.  I think the daily topic run downs are great -- sort of Mark Dice like.  For you, maybe a daily top 5 and just run down them. The more lib BS you can debunk, the better.

For example, today, the immigration stuff is hot. Everyone is covering that and everyone knows it's BS. Nobody buys it, and without looking, I'm sure it's the leading topic on The Five. It's low-hanging fruit. Boring. Therefore, don't cover it.

I'd cover the federal re-org that Mulvaney is working on (the video I just posted). That's big. Maybe dig up a little more dirt on that and do 2 minutes on it.

Tesla is closing solar facilities in 9 states. Why? I thought solar was supposed to be the next big energy thing and Musk is a genius rock star?

OPEC just agreed to up production a million barrels per day? Why? Who tweeted for that? Is a million barrels per day enough? Why does increase in production lower gas prices?  Maybe a quick 2 minutes on that.

Trump got Germany to cave and they stabbed Canada in the back. If Trump doesn't renegotiate NAFTA (which he won't), what does that mean for American auto companies in Canada? They'll come back to the US and bring those long-lost auto jobs back. That's huge and exciting.  Maybe a few minutes on that.

One thing I'd say is it will take actual work to gather your notes for the day, production, posting, etc.  It will be pretty much a full time job, but if you're into it and are halfway good we'd help promote it.

Wow I first off want to say thank you for your comment. Very helpful. The more i watch it the more i see the movement. I have spent many years behind a camera so being in front is still odd!

Daily at this point is going to be hard but i would like to do 3ish a week and see how it goes. I agree with looking into things that are not major headlines. Trying to cover important things that the media tries to keep quiet.

Thanks again for the comment, that was exactly some of the feedback i was hoping for.

That's actually what helped me. I'd do a run through presentation on a recording then watch it. You really don't realize how much you move.. how much you touch your face (I didn't see you do that, but in general), etc.

yeah, I said daily, but I really meant a few times per week... or even once per week to start. You have to have a rhythm and a system to crank out daily.  For content, I think a winner right now is to focus on how Trump's policies are wrecking libs and rebooting America. That is pure gold for people like me. I'm in my 40s, but that transcends from Trump fans from their 20s to well into their 80s. There's been several times when I'm out in public and figure out the person in line with you is MAGA and it's like an instant bond.... like an instant friend you never met that you end up giggling with. It's happened to me a few times, so I know it's happened to many others.

Luckily, with Trump, that's a never-ending well. Economics is huge. Killing the EPA and exposing the global warming scam is a great one. Debunking lib attacks on Trump is a great one.  There's lots of ideas.

If the cartels buisness is being destroyed by trump then i fully expect an assasination attempt at some point.

I have said many times that I fully expect that if they can't get him out of office with these phony impeachment attempts they will have to kill him before re-election.

There may have already been an attempt if you are following this possible missile launch at AF1
