I found this article very interesting as I didnt realize the number differences compared to Mitt and no name.

QuoteThe Republican Party has long been panned by its detractors as the party of big money and big donors -- but donation patterns have changed measurably under President Trump, a Fox News analysis of campaign finance data shows.

Sixty-one percent of money raised directly by the Trump campaign this election cyclecame from small donors (donations under $200), according to Federal Election Commission figures.

That is similar to the proportion Trump raised during the 2016 election cycle, when 65 percent of donations were under $200. And this is dramatically higher than previous Republican nominees. Mitt Romney raised 26 percent of his direct contributions from small donations in 2012, and John McCain raised 25 percent from small donations in 2008.

The silent majority speaks softly.
"If you can't run with the big dawgs, stay on the porch!"

My 70 year old hubby never donated to any political party or individual campaigner.

Until Trump.

Now hubby sends Donald Trump (NOT the Republican Party) $25 every month.

These folks seem to never be polled either.

I am not surprised. First of all I think that Trump voters think that Trump does not need our money but giving is a way of participating and saying Thank You for everything you have done Mr. Trump.
The globalists that you here on the business shows every day are going to give to Trump. They are more worried about making money in China and could care less about jobs in America. Look how they sell the tariffs. They say that it is a tax on Americans. The alternative is to not raise the prices on China goods and have to pay more in taxes to make up for the people that lose their jobs or get low paying jobs that keep them out of tax-payer earning levels here in the USA.
Globalists say more China goods at lower prices and higher unemployment and lower wages in the USA
Trump says to pay a little more for the US goods so you do not have to pay taxes for your neighbors to sit at home or work low wage jobs that keep them from paying taxes or living off the government.
I see my donation to President Trump as a Thank You gesture. He certainly does not need it.
Verizon, Comcast, Disney, Microsoft, Google, Spectrum, AT&T, NBC Universal and the rest of them will all give millions to get more illegal immigration and more jobs for China again. They could care less about Americans.

I don't get it....Why don't they instead NOT donate that money to politicians and give a good wage to their employees ???

It is an apples and oranges comparison. Money to politicians is an "investment" for access in order to further their business model. Employee wages are market driven and employers pay at a level to retain and attract beneficial employees.

Why wouldn't they not charge their customers as much? Do they think they are the government and in charge of resitribution of money?

I understand the Clinton donations. They have proven that they will do anything for a bribe. We can consider that a purchase instead of a donation.

Sick Of Silence

I came across a $1 bill that had a red "Trump/M.A.G.A." stamp on it. I don't know whether I should save it or return it to the man.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.
