Trump Get's Another Shot at the 9th Circus
« on: December 21, 2017, 07:05:31 AM »
Alex Kozinski, a distinguished federal appeals court judge, announced his retirement Monday, effective immediately, after sexual misconduct allegations continued to dog the once-respected justice.

In a statement released by his attorney, the 67-year-old Kozinski partially apologized for his behavior but also tried to frame parts of it as a misunderstanding.

“I’ve always had a broad sense of humor and a candid way of speaking to both male and female law clerks alike. In doing so, I may not have been mindful enough of the special challenges and pressures that women face in the workplace. It grieves me to learn that I caused any of my clerks to feel uncomfortable; this was never my intent,” he wrote.

“For that, I sincerely apologize,” he added.

The judge’s career, which includes 32 years on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, appears to have been undone over 10 days, as 15 women continued to step forward with personal accounts of Kozinski allegedly making explicit remarks about them, exposing them to pornography or touching them inappropriately.

Another opportunity for Trump to drain another gallon from the swamp.

The judge in question is now joining the legal team for the soj51 movement to secede Northern Ca from the south.
Despite his representation of the 9th Circus, the guy is an extremely accomplished judge and a welcomed asset.

This month, the SOJ El Dorado County will be sending a $5,000 check to the legal
fund.  The court case is proceeding, with an announcement expected for a second
hearing, in the very near future.  We are also pleased to report that we have added
two incredible consultants to our legal team.  The advisers are, Professor Stewart
Jay, of the University of Washington, School of Law, where he has taught since 1980.
Prior to that, he clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Warren E. Berger.  His
expertise & research include constitutional law and constitutional history.

Joining Professor Jay, is Judge Alex Kozinski, a former Chief Magistrate of the
United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, serving for over 30 years.  Prior to
his appointment by President Ronald Reagan, he was a law clerk for Judge Anthony
Kennedy and for Chief Justice Warren Burger of the Supreme Court.

Our goal for the legal fund, remains at one million dollars, and we are almost half
way there, collecting just a little over $450,000. Typically, the flow of donations
tend to slow up during the holidays and tax season, and once more, we ask that you
reach out to family and friends, throughout the country, asking for their
contributions of $5, $10 or whatever you or they might be able to afford, as we
continue our battle for equal/fair representation and a new state, that will remove
us from the tyranny of the oligarchy in Sacramento.

Visit the SOJ51.org website and use the donate button for PayPal, or Go Fund Me:
www.gofundme.com/stateofjefferson.  You may also mail checks to State of Jefferson
Formation, P.O. Box 751, Palo Cedro, CA 96073.
