Here it is, May Day --- a day communists and college kids everywhere celebrate the joys of socialism. Now they're reminded of other choices.

Donald Trump, for example, continued a Presidential tradition that I do NOT recall Obama doing. Trump declared May 1 as Loyalty Day --- a day set aside set aside back in 1928.

Leftists of course didn't bother looking it up and are screaming "fascist." Children are no longer so cute when they're ignorant.

From Wikipedia...

QuoteThe holiday was first observed in 1921, during the First Red Scare.[2] It was originally called "Americanization Day,"[3] and it was intended to replace the May 1 ("May Day") celebration of the International Workers' Day,[4] which commemorates the 1886 Haymarket affair in Chicago.[5]

During the Second Red Scare, it was recognized by the U.S. Congress on April 27, 1955,[6] and made an official reoccurring holiday on July 18, 1958 (Public Law 85-529).[1][7] President Dwight D. Eisenhower proclaimed May 1, 1955, the first observance of Loyalty Day.[8] In 1958, Eisenhower urged Congress to move Child Health Day to the First Monday in October, to avoid conflicting with Loyalty Day.[7][9] Loyalty Day has been recognized with an official proclamation every year by every president since its inception as a legal holiday in 1958.[10][11]

Say, there....does ANYONE recall Obama observing this day while he and his Reds were in office?

...And here's the other side, in a European story regarding this holy day for commie whiners and other wastes of air.

Rhetorical question: So why is it fascist "to express our country's loyalty to individual liberties, to limited government, and to the inherent dignity of every human being" and not fascist to celebrate the joys of socialism?

When liberals start throwing around the "fascist" charge it means they having nothing else. That is why we are hearing it so much from the left these days.

They never have nothing else, that's their problem. Libs have an endless, make that cosmic ability to manufacture a complaint over the tiniest and least important things.

Cryptic Bert

There's that twisted liberal tolerance. They are tolerant to other people's opinions as long as those opinions are the same as their own. They demand total loyalty (see Tom Perez) yet rage when there is any loyalty to anyone but them.
The haven't just overplayed their hand, they set fire to the casino. And voters, especially democrats are disgusted.

One of my faves...  nothing I love asking a liberal to name something he loves about America and watch them squirm.

Watch them leave the room if you ask them to name ten things. They have a list of 500 complaints, and are ready to share. Something positive? It isn't in their psyches.

True populism, such as personal liberty, limited government, and individual rights,
are "fascist" because the media and the "education" system
are controlled by the real fascists, a cabal of corporations,
who have deluded the population into believing that loyalty to
their sock puppet institutions (media, schools, and government) is "populism",
and that true populism is "fascism."
