More than 1,100 Marines have been deployed to the border to assist U.S. Customs and Border Protection with Operation Secure line

Lanes into the United States from Mexico have been temporarily shut down at the San Ysidro Port of Entry as crews secure the border in response to a caravan of thousands of migrants from Central America.

A message from CBP said they had temporarily suspended northbound vehicle processing as they "position additional port hardening materials."

We can't afford to keep dicking around with the illegal invasion.

Based on news reports, the Mexican populace is outraged. We may be on the verge of getting significanr help from the Mexican government.

Trump's hardball game is paying early dividends. Mexican leaders are to be kicking themselves in the ass for not stopping this when they had the chance, Trump even warned them this would have severe consequences.
Now mexico is stuck with thousands of illegals and more on the way. Turn about is fair play, it's their turn to see what an invasion feels like.

I'll mention this again. Mexico may offer to fund part of Trump's wall to remove the incentive of coming into Mexico to get to the US.

That would be nice, however, it would be better if they stopped the invading illegals at their southern border.

Mexico Caves to Trump?

Echoing the border control sentiments of President Donald Trump, Mexican citizens in Tijuana protested the influx of illegal aliens from Honduras and other Latin American countries, denouncing the migrant caravans on Sunday as an "illegal invasion" and calling for a "Tijuana First! Mexico First!" policy.

"I think these migrants need to go back to their country," said Roy Grant, who lives in Tijuana and works in San Diego, reported NBC News.  "Mexico needs to take a very aggressive, hands-on approach and deport them."

The mayor described the alien influx as an "avalanche" and said the city is "ill-prepared to handle this many migrants," reported NBC News. President Donald Trump tweeted on Sunday, "The Mayor of Tijuana, Mexico, just stated that 'the City is ill-prepared to handle this many migrants, the backlog could last 6 months.' Likewise, the U.S. is ill-prepared for this invasion, and will not stand for it. They are causing crime and big problems in Mexico. Go home!"

Can we at least hose them down? I don't think it's unreasonable to give them a bath.
