Hmmmm!  Seems the 9th Circuit order the kids to be separated from the parents.  Now Trump has issued
an executive order to 'technically" reverse that order....I wonder if the plan is to throw it to the court again
and get a "stay" lol.   The Dems didn't expect him to use the EO, they wanted him to mumble something
like Obamy.

Billy's bayonet came closest with his answer but I believe there is much more going on with the Lib Trap Trump set. The problem goes back to the 9th Circuit 1997 that restricts time the feds can keep minors before releasing them to 20 days. Trumps EO is in direct contrast to this rule and is setting up a court challenge on his EO. The Biggest Detainment centers are not in California but Texas. If they can bring the appeal in Texas it would be heard in front of the 10th circuit and if they win in that court it would set up the SCOTUS. He is out to bust the agreement that has been the main justification for Catch and Release! Trump is playing 3D chest and the libs only know checkers!
