Man, this is off the charts crazy. I wonder would this judge give me the weapon I used in a robbery back until the case was over.

I would put that SOB in the back of the press room and let him sit there and rot.

Well this is ironic. A judge that Trump appointed back in 2017 has ruled that the White House – at least temporarily – must give back Jim Acosta's press pass while the case continues:

The WH could have handled this better. No need to ban him and give him 15 more minutes of fame. Just let him sit on his ass and never call on him or answer any of his questions.

It was handled just fine.  Maybe a lot of people are a little nutty now? 
He physically accosted a young intern, doing her job. One cannot lay hands on another person. Judge Judy knows this.

The WH should have been a little more far sighted on this. Just banning Acosta was a one time feel good moment. Did Acosta deserve to have been chastised? Absolutely. However, the WH holds all the cards and could have been more strategic in their strategy. Don't forget the goal here. It was to disenfranchise Acosta and now he has been martyred. According to what I have read and heard Acosta is no buddy of most of the WH press corp.

Acosta loves the attention. I agree with the tone of this discussion that the white house could have handled it better. In all reality, I'm not sure him going back is going to be the huge issue everyone is making it out to be in the Media. It will just be like any other day with his pointless questions and some grandstanding and then they will move on. HEll, I agree with walks, just don't call on him.

Just freeze him out. Torture the bitch. Do not give him attention.

They are lucky I am not in charge. I would throw everybody out. I would change the purpose of that room.

So Cnn owns a Judge....no surprise.
