Title: Trump Angry At Sessions Or Just An Act
Post by: Solar on February 28, 2018, 03:35:06 PM
"Why is A.G. Jeff Sessions asking the Inspector General to investigate potentially massive FISA abuse. Will take forever, has no prosecutorial power and already late with reports on Comey etc. Isn't the I.G. an Obama guy? Why not use Justice Department lawyers? DISGRACEFUL!" tweeted Trump.

In response to Trump's criticism, Sessions issued his own statement, affirming "As long as I am the Attorney General, I will continue to discharge my duties with integrity and honor."

Either this is part of the scam they're playing on the bad guys, or Trump just needs to STFU and fire the guy and pick somebody who will do what he wants.  Not sure about the appointment dynamics.

There isn't a 3rd option that makes any sense at all.

There's not even a whiff of democrat bitching and accusing for firing Sessions, he's not involved in anything.  Supposedly he has support from fellow senators, but eff them.  Last thing Trump should give a damn about.  They're almost all screwing with him every day already.

Unless this is a funny little game by Trump and Sessions, it's making Trump look like a total ass.  Most idiotic thing so far in his presidency, if he's letting Sessions cockblock him, like a clown.

My past self would be flabbergasted but...I have totally bought into the whole "Trump is playing 3d chess/tsun su art of war" thing.

....and  I admit I used to reference Trump and 3d chess mockingly way back when :blushing:

I love crow, really I do! :biggrin:

I just hope all this rolls up  like we are all praying it will....

I have no idea but Sessions is safe. If Trump fires him Rosenstein takes his place and I doubt Trump wants that.

The Greeks, the wisest (along w/their students, the Romans) who ever walked this earth, told us that 'Character was Destiny' and the ability to perceive it was the most vital attribute that leaders must have.
Trump's choice of a coward such as Sessions will end in far worse than copious tears.

This is 100% a decoy ploy. There's not even a little doubt. The timing of everything. Horwitz report is looming. Sessions and Rosenstein were seen having dinner in public last night...  While President Trump does this, he's creating distance.  Once the indictments start streaming in, the MSM is going to scream bloody murder that Trump is a dictator.

Plus, today, the MSM was defending Sessions and Horowitz. That turned my chuckle into a Santa Claus-like deep howl.

I think so as well, that's why the title. This was too out of the blue.
This is a "Thine enemies, enemy, is thy friend". with Trump attacking Sessions, the enemy sees an ally in Sessions.
Even the Q board is falling for this shit, attacking Sessions, saying he's a traitor, time to go, and these people are supposed to be enlightened?

Like the one old timer Anon said, the board is being overrun with noobs and they're drowning out the message, and I agree, it's full of people ready to shoot Sessions, and all within the last 3 weeks.
They're like the guys getting ready to go fishing and there's always the one noob that's never even seen a pole, let alone cast a line before and as soon as they get to the water, he's out in the water running up and down the shore, screaming about how he's going to catch the biggest fish in the lake, while everyone else is back at the truck quietly baiting their hooks, the noob just scared all the fish away.
That's what Q 4chan is full of, a bunch of noobs screaming shit and never once taking the time to learn the rules of the game.

Yes, anyone can post at 4chan anonymously and claim they were part of the team, when in truth, there are only a handful of originals who have been doing all the behind the scenes work since before we were even aware of Q.

I agree Taxed, Trump allows all these people to stay in their respective jobs while the people on the outside yell that Trump is a poor judge of character, that these people are traitors to the cause, when in truth, they are solid players in the game, some even taking all the heat, as in this case where out of nowhere, Trump attacks Sessions, in public, mind you.
Even that is out of character for Trump when you think about it. And why would Trump do this?
He just seized the narrative back from the Dims over the last week calling for gun control.

I'm with Q, trust Sessions, and Wray, they're playing the part Trump wrote for them.

There is another important reality that makes Sessions safe in his job. His replacement would be Rob Rosentein until a new AG is confirmed. We can be assured the democrats would make the confirmation process painful and extended. Trump knows this.

This dramatic interlude about the evil Sessions does seem pretty contrived.  A big statement months ago out of the blue, then nothing for a long time, then another big statement out of the blue.

Almost obvious in it's presentation.

Good thing "these people are stupid" on the left and deep state.

I still worry about Sessions, but the nature of this tweet is suspect, in a good way.

Here's another take on the issue.

So, sounds like the Attorney General is back in the President's doghouse, and that he's pretty irritated with being called out by Mr. Trump in that way, right?  On the surface, that's exactly what it sounds like.

But let's think about what lies beneath the surface in this situation.

Snip~~~~~~~~~~
He gives 7 reasons, but i skipped those for the close.

Let me speculate what the method behind this particular tweet and the AG's response might be:

I expect we are about to see IG Horowitz issue his report on his 14 month investigation into the Clinton email scandal soon, as in no later than a week from now;
I expect we are going to discover that his 14-month investigation covered a lot more ground than just the email scandal, and will likely include findings related to Uranium One, the Clinton Foundation and other matters that were very interrelated to the email scandal;
I expect the report will contain a raft of criminal referrals, and that AG Sessions will promptly act on those referrals;
I expect the fake news media is going to wail in protest and will naturally go after Horowitz,  but is going to have a pretty hard time convincing the public that the guy who was appointed by Barack Obama just spent 14 months dummying up a report at the behest of Donald Trump;
I expect that the President is actually pretty pleased with Sessions, and that if he was really as upset with his AG as he has pretended to be over the last 14 months and as mercurial as the fake news media like to portray him as being, he'd have fired Sessions in a fit of pique long ago.
That's a lot of expectations out of a single tweet and a one-paragraph response, but as I said above, the President really doesn't just toss stuff like this out onto his Twitter account for no reason.

lol, gonna be so many squealing, scowling, squalling little metrosexual pajama boys and girls, when it hits.

I dare say it will be better than election night.

Just wow if Trump is able to engineer a devastation of the left, out of his own hands into hands that the dems / left have been supporting.  Sun friggin' Tzu.

This is like Christmas where you think you're getting the greatest thing you ever wanted.  You're afraid to think about it lest you jinx it.

------------------------------------------------
Fair point and well defended but a demurral.
Trump's lack of judgement about character is hardly limited to Sessions.
Additionally he is incapable of subtlety in either speech or tweets
Believing him capable of a wink and nod strategy w/Sessions and Wray
seems like raw material for a hit TV comedy series.
Were Sessions never AG, matters could be far worse for Trump, but for sure,
Mueller would not be a Special Counsel chasing Russian fantasies.

Demurral, or is it your bias blinding you from the obvious?
Think about it, the left for the last two weeks have been running on guns, guns, guns, in part, in hopes of silencing the damage Trump is doing to the Dim party, the LSM has run the message 24/7 and Trump has navigated the minefield quite well during this time by playing lip service to the media and Dims like Feinstein.
What you contend is Trump's flawed, or inability to define one's character, is in truth, Trump choosing the exact character of people to be in his Cabinet.

If you look back over the last year, the left invariably falls for this shit, Trump seizes the moment, the left readies their headlines for the next day, and wham, Trump changes the narrative.
Trump isn't the loose cannon the left thinks he is. no, he is extremely calculated, he plans weeks in advance, unlike the medias one day at a time running topically, they pounce immediately in fear their competition might break the story and Trump plays this to his advantage.

Trump sits back and plans his next series of moves weeks in advance and what we're seeing is the result of said planning.
You really need to read Q, absorb what is being said, because "Future proves past".
The Trump team works a week out ahead of time, and as far as 1 to 3 months for effect, but the overall plan entails years, so it's easy to understand exactly what game Trump is playing and just how gullible the leftists really are.

So do this, store this little event with Sessions in the back of your mind, and ask yourself, next time Trump changes the narrative on the left, how did the Sessions Tweet event turn out?
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised to see, it was Trump leading the media around like ducks in the park. Hmmm, maybe that's why Q` always refers to these a breadcrumbs. :laugh:
