Transgender man is four months PREGNANT with his second child (after he came off hormone treatment to 'preserve his fertility')
So I heard this news story the other day and decided to address what I think is wrong with this headline.
- Kaci Sullivan, 29, from Wisconsin, had his first child while living as a woman
But he said that living as a woman was 'soul-crushing' and decided to transition
In 2013, he began taking male hormones and underwent a double mastectomy
He did not have gender reassignment surgery in order to 'preserve his fertility'
Kaci is now pregnant with his second child with his boyfriend and lives as a man
The first very obvious statement is calling this person a man. She is a woman and until she can dump that double XX chromosome for an XY she will remain a woman. The article goes on to state that "he" kept his woman parts in order to preserve her fertility. I don't think you can say "his" fertility because a man cannot have those parts.
They also make it sound like this was the second child she had while living this charade. Nope the first child was born while she was still living as a woman.
It states "he" is living with his boyfriend. They are obviously having sex so if a man is having sex with a person with female body parts doesn't that just make it a heterosexual relationship?
Sure she lives as a man. She has removed her boobs and, while not trying to get pregnant, takes male hormones. This allows her to have facial hair and I am sure a more manly voice. If she would have just waited until she reached menopause those two things probably could have been easy to achieve without the addition of hormones. Also if she wants to live as a man she would not be the first to pull off this feat - hasn't she ever seen the Disney classic Mulan or the movie Victor Victoria.
So bottom line if you want to be a man then make the total commitment and lose all the parts not just some of them so you can claim you are a pregnant man. As a woman I am insulted by this claim and the lie the media is trying to propagate.

it will be a she with double XX chromosome. Even dead
it will be a woman if tested.

These situations can become complicated, can't they. I guess we can say she/he bats from both sides.
It's a twisted situation with the parties involved confused. What the adults do in this situation is their business. I feel for the victims in this situation; the child and the yet to be born.

The high-tech industry is getting packed full of these types, and they are begging for more. The way the genetics people are going, I fully expect before 2050 we'll have NO gender humans. By about 2150, I don't expect many survivors of the experiment.
