I'd do pay per view to see this.
Listen to Napolitano, this is going to be a riot.

Opening Statement of Council for defense:

I move the case be dismissed on the following merits your Honor

1. Statute of Limitations
2. DOUBLE JEOPARDY...clinet already charged previously and cleared
3. Prosecutorial Misconduct Lack of Jurisdiction
4. Fruit of Poisonous tree doctrine, all evidence obtained by false pretenses steming from affidavit by FBI based on unsupported hearsay

I wondered that as well. Is there some kind of special dispensation overruling the Statute of Limitations?
I think he can still be charged even though he'd been exonerated, he had not yet been tried.

Levin was going through a lot of these things last night.

Mueller shouldn't even exist; it's always been a federal judge that does this kind of case.

Mueller's directions from Rosenstein are a mess.  He can't be chasing shit down that had nothing to do with Trump, the campaign, or anything remotely close to the campaign.

The conflicts of interest just pouring from Mueller, Rosenstein, Comey, and everybody else are just show-stoppers.

The dirty tactics with Cohen, Manafort, and other targets are so unethical that these by themselves should shut down the whole thing.  It can also be shown that Mueller and Weissman have been sanctioned, rebuked, and reversed in the past for the same stuff.

Legally, in a courtroom with real challenges, this thing should be nuked 10 times over.

Depends on if he was INDICTED by a GJ previously, if he was that is considered charged, if the case was dismissed without being tried WHY? Technicality or charges dropped by Prosecution?

They can bring charges IF there is NEW evidence or he resumed his infractions after first arrest/indictment.

They wer explaining Statute of Limitations exemption....sounded fishy to me.
