I hope that the good news here is that any such EO would be so spectacularly unconstitutional, that it would be immediately injunctioned and summarily dismissed in court.

But you do need somebody to challenge it, lol.  Boehner may not, and Roberts may rule that it was meant as a tax only.

Chief Justice John Roberts  "It Is Not Our Job to Protect the People From the Consequences of Their Political Choices"

When I think about this in detail, it is one of the most stupid things uttered by any judge let alone a chief justice.
If one of our political choices go against the Constitution it is your job you worthless son of a bitch!

From here on, we'll always be at a 5-4 disadvantage.

Not always, he'll be an attention whore and often go with what gives him press, I have no use for this piece of crap and actually dislike him more than Obama.

If I were an anti-American, anti-Constitution Marxist dictator usurper getting ready to write an executive order on guns, I would simply make it illegal to have a gun instead of going door to door.  If an intruder breaks into your house and you shoot him in defense, you would go to jail for having a gun in the first place.

I see that as more realistic than going door to door.
Are they going to somehow get rid of the jury trial? If not, who's going to convict?

It is actually funny how the country gears up with tens of thousands of new NRA members, and ten million + new guns, every time they go down this road.

If nothing else, that should keep them from starting this crap too often.

Which makes me suspect that Obamao's surrogate puppets in his offshore brokerage company likely buy stock in Browning and Binelli.
