Title: Things aren't going so well for the prosecution in the Manafort case
Post by: taxed on August 08, 2018, 05:43:24 AM
This is their "star witness"?

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/08/muellers-star-witness-rick-gates-falls-apart-during-cross-examination-by-manafort-lawyers-perjures-himself/

I'd post a quote, but it's broken up into a trail of hilarity. Read and laugh.

I think alot depends on where the trial is. If its in a  place where Trump is  hated the  jury really wont care how weak the case  is.

Maybe, maybe not. The funny thing is the Dems are clinging to this trial for the last smidget of hope. Even if Manafort gets convicted, the Dems look stupid.

Since this is obviously a political persecution Trump should  pardon him if found guilty.

Mueller has a history of enabling bigger crooks and criminals. Don;t forget Whitey Bulger, an insane killer who was allowed to run amok in Boston while providing information to the FBI/prosecution of minor Organized crime figures.

A meltdown like this makes me reconsider my position on global warming. The problem with the Mueller investigation is instead of building a case and going to court they have gone to court with the intention of building a case.
